Virgin Media

Objective:

Virgin Media asked Start Live to create an internal conference for senior management. The aim was to communicate to them the successes and challenges that their colleagues in customer service roles face. In most cases the senior management would have little first hand experience of such roles. 

Approach:

Start Live developed a number of different scenarios which, through imaginative set design, would transport attendees from a management seminar into the heart of a call centre, into a customer’s living room, or a technician’s van. These sets allowed for effective role play scenarios, putting the management team in the driving seat of these customer service scenarios.

Result:

As a Virgin Group agency Start Live handles many events-focused briefs for the various companies within the Group including many employee-focussed projects.
